Performance characteristics of synthetic mica tape

Synthetic mica tape is a mica paper copied from synthetic mica paper as the main material, and then glued on one or both sides of the glass cloth. A piece of glass cloth attached to one side of the mica paper is called a “single-sided tape”; a piece of glass cloth attached to both sides is called a “double-sided tape”.

The heat resistance of synthetic refractory mica tape is greater than 1000 ℃, the thickness range is 0.08 ~ 0.15 mm, and the large delivery width is 920 mm.

A. Double-sided synthetic fire-resistant mica tape: synthetic mica paper as the base material, glass fiber cloth as the double-sided reinforcement material, bonded with silicone glue, is the most ideal material for the manufacture of fire-resistant wires and cables. It has good fire resistance and is recommended for use in key projects.

B. Single-sided synthetic fire-resistant mica tape: Synthetic mica paper is used as the base material, and glass fiber cloth is the single-sided reinforced material. It is the most ideal material for the manufacture of fire-resistant wires and cables. Good fire resistance, recommended for key projects.
