Induction melting furnace installation instructions

The installation of the induction melting furnace should meet the requirements of the “conditions of use of the induction melting furnace”. And pay attention to the direction of the induction melting furnace exhaust air and the ventilation of the workshop; exhaust smoke.

If it is installed in the yard, it needs to have a roof to avoid exposure to the induction melting furnace; rain. No flammable materials should be used for the ceiling material, and fire prevention should be paid attention to.

The production site should be kept hygienic, especially the bottom of the induction melting furnace should be clean; clean to avoid dust being sucked into the induction melting furnace, blocking the cooling system and affecting the insulation of electrical appliances.

The installation of induction melting furnace has no special requirements for the foundation. The induction melting furnace should be placed on a stable ground; dry ground to prevent deformation of the induction melting furnace due to uneven ground. The induction melting furnace should have reliable grounding protection.

The drain port of the drain pipeline should be near the induction melting furnace so that the return water can be observed during use.

Connect the power supply cable of the induction melting furnace to the power distribution cabinet of the power supply line. The connection should be reliable to avoid the heat of the joint caused by the high-power current; accidents such as burning loss. The erection of connecting cables shall comply with the relevant safety regulations for the erection of power cables, and protective measures shall be taken, and obvious signs shall be provided.

The installation location of the induction melting furnace should be avoided as far as possible from the power supply transformer to reduce line losses and improve the efficiency of the induction melting furnace.
