High alumina brick melting point

High alumina brick melting point

High alumina brick is a kind of refractory brick. According to alumina content, high alumina brick is divided into special high alumina brick, primary, secondary and tertiary high alumina brick. The alumina content of the three high alumina bricks is different. The higher the aluminum content, the less other impurities, the less the glass body that is easy to melt, and the different softening temperature under load.

  1. Special high-alumina bricks: the alumina content is greater than 80%, and the load softening temperature is about 1550°C.

2. First grade high alumina brick: The alumina content is greater than 75%, and the load softening temperature is about 1510℃.

3. Secondary high alumina brick: The alumina content is greater than 65%, and the load softening temperature is about 1460℃.

4. Three-level high-alumina brick: the content of aluminum is more than 55%, and the softening temperature under load is about 1420℃.
