Features of hot-rolled billet heating furnace:

1. The hot-rolled billet heating furnace is controlled by SCR intelligent series intermediate frequency power supply designed by Yuantuo, with full touch screen, low frequency preheating, high frequency heating, and professional energy saving and environmental protection technology.

2. The AC voltage of the hot-rolled billet heating furnace is converted into a DC voltage by a diode, and the energy conversion efficiency is high.

3. The output power can be adjusted between 10% and 99%, and the power factor of 0.94 can be maintained in all power ranges, with less harmonic distortion pollution.

4. The hot-rolled billet heating furnace is fully automatic controlled by the PLC man-machine interface, fully digitally set, and the data can be stored permanently.
