1. Materials

The price of the muffle furnace is greatly affected by its refractory materials, and the prices of silicon carbide furnaces and refractory brick furnaces are similar. For the more commonly used 300 * 200 * 120 furnaces, the price is reasonable between 2000 yuan and 4000 yuan. The price of the muffle furnace is too low, and the quality cannot be guaranteed after sale. If it is too high, it is worth the price.

Now, most laboratories choose ceramic fiber furnaces, and the price of ceramic fiber furnaces is much higher than that of silicon carbide and refractory brick furnaces. For example, the price of a muffle furnace with a 300*200*120mm furnace is generally above 7,000 yuan.
