How to solve the high temperature problem of air-cooled chillers?
How to solve the high temperature problem of air-cooled chillers?
The first one is the ambient temperature.
The ambient temperature is naturally one of the biggest problems leading to the high temperature of the air-cooled chiller. Starting from the ambient temperature, I believe it is the best way to solve and cope with the high temperature problem of the air-cooled chiller.
The cooling capacity of the chiller can be ensured by adding a heat sink to the computer room and ensuring that there is no debris or foreign matter around the chiller.
The second problem is the air-cooled condenser.
Air-cooled condensers rely on a fan system for heat dissipation. A common problem with air-cooled condensers is the poor heat dissipation of air-cooled condensers caused by dust coverage. The air-cooled condenser can be cleaned and cleaned regularly to avoid this problem.
The third is a fan system composed of a motor and a fan.
The fan system composed of the motor and the fan is the air-cooled heat dissipation system of the air-cooled chiller. By improving the efficiency of the air-cooled heat dissipation system, the problem of high temperatures in the air-cooled chiller can be avoided.
The fourth one is compressor load.
The load of the compressor cannot be too high. By controlling the load of the compressor to keep the compressor in a low load state, it can avoid the compressor temperature from being too high. Specifically:
If the load of the compressor can be controlled at about 50%, it can basically eliminate the problems of poor heat dissipation and excessive temperature of the entire air-cooled chiller due to compressor load problems and compressor temperature problems!
