How to use box-type resistance furnace

1. After all inspections are completed, set the temperature, time, control parameter change mode and PID self-tuning function on the operation panel;

2. Carry out the correct heating operation according to the process procedure, or carry out the heating operation after placing the sample;

3. When you need to take a sample, cut off the power first, and then use a fixture to take the sample out;

4. Close the furnace door and turn off all power supplies;

5. All operations should be carried out in accordance with the safe operating regulations for box-type resistance furnaces.
