What are the classifications of insulating refractory bricks
What are the classifications of insulating refractory bricks
1. High-temperature insulation bricks, the service temperature is above 1500℃, and can be directly used as the lining of high-temperature kilns, mainly including light corundum bricks, hollow alumina sphere products and zirconia hollow sphere products.
2. Ordinary thermal insulation bricks, the use temperature is below 1000 ℃, mainly diatomaceous earth bricks, expanded razor stone bricks, expanded perlite bricks, etc., which are mostly used as heat insulation layers for thermal equipment.
3. Refractory and heat insulation bricks, the service temperature is between 1000-1500℃, mainly including light clay refractory bricks, light silica bricks, light high alumina bricks, etc.
