Troubleshooting method for high temperature box-type resistance furnace not heating up

(1) First check the power supply voltage and the electric furnace controller. If both work normally, but the ammeter does not display, it may be that the heating element is open. You can check with a multimeter and replace it with the heating element of the same specification;

(2) If the power supply voltage is normal and the controller cannot work, check the switch, fuse and the trip switch of the furnace door inside the controller. If the furnace door of the electric furnace is not closed, the controller cannot work, and the controller fails. For specific maintenance methods, please refer to the controller manual;

(3) When the power supply is not connected to the electric furnace, it works normally, but when the electric furnace is connected, it will not work normally. At the same time, there will be a continuous clicking sound in the controller. It may be that the voltage drop of the power supply line is too large, or the socket and the control switch are in contact. Not good, it can be adjusted or replaced.
