Advantages of induction melting furnace power using 1500KW

It is recommended that the power of the induction melting furnace is 1500KW. The advantage is:

1) This is the standard configuration of the 3t induction melting furnace, and it is also a commonly used reasonable and scientific configuration, which is more reliable than the non-standard configuration (1800KW), has a low failure rate and cheaper spare parts;

2) The power supply is 1500KW, and the melting rate is ≥2.4t/h, which can meet the requirement of molten iron consumption;

3) Since the molten iron is cast in one pack after one pack, the electric furnace has a longer waiting time for heat preservation. Obviously, using 1500KW saves electricity compared to using 1800KW, which is conducive to reducing operating costs;
