How to install the mechanical part of the induction melting furnace?

The installation of the induction melting furnace includes the installation of the furnace body, tilting furnace electrical, operating table, and water system. The installation must be carried out in the following order:

1.1. General Rules for Installation

1.1.1. After the induction melting furnace is in place according to the provided floor plan, adjust the level and size to meet the requirements of the relevant drawings, then hang the anchor bolts, pour cement, and tighten the anchor bolts after curing.

1.1.2. After the furnace body, hydraulic device and console are installed, connect the external hydraulic pipeline.

1.1.3. Do a good job in the pipeline connection between the main inlet and outlet water pipes and the factory water source.

1.1.4. Refer to the water system diagram for the connection of the inlet and outlet water pipes of each furnace body. In principle, each branch road should be equipped with a ball valve. In order to make each branch circuit relatively independent, the flow can be adjusted.

1.1.5. Connect the grounding wire of the furnace body, and the grounding resistance is required to be less than 4Ω.

1.1.6. Connection of water and oil circuits between induction melting furnaces
