1. The temperature meter is disturbed;

2. The thermocouple signal is disturbed;

3. Poor thermocouple contact;

4. Short circuit or open circuit of compensation wire;

5. The thermocouple is too close to the heating element;

6. The temperature control loop fails;

7. The thermocouple has been corroded and its electrical characteristics have changed;

8. The thermocouple is to the ground, and the insulation of the protection tube is reduced;

measure:

1. Take measures to eliminate sources of interference;

2. Add shielding to the signal line;

3. Fasten the thermocouple terminal;

4. Check the compensation wire;

5. Adjust the distance between the two;

6. Repair the temperature control loop;

7. Replace the thermocouple;

8. Check the insulation of the thermocouple;
