Reasons for poor temperature uniformity of muffle furnace
1. The power distribution of resistance furnace is unreasonable;
2. The electric heating element is open;
3. The unreasonable structure of the high-temperature electric furnace leads to excessive local heat dissipation;
4. The vacuum atmosphere furnace is poorly sealed, and the local heat dissipation is too large;
5. The gas circulation of the muffle furnace with fan is uneven or the wind is insufficient;
6. The thermocouple installation position or insertion depth cannot reflect the true temperature;
7. The electric heating elements of the resistance furnace are unreasonably distributed;
8. The bottom temperature of the thinking type electric furnace is low;
9. The heating power supply lacks phase and the fuse is broken;
measure:
1. Recalculate and improve the power configuration;
2. Replace the electric heating element of the open circuit;
3. Improve the structure of the high-temperature electric furnace or improve the cooling method;
4. Check the sealing of the vacuum atmosphere furnace to eliminate the bad factors of sealing;
5. Place the workpieces for the muffle furnace reasonably to increase the wind power of the fan;
6. Reasonably choose the installation position or insertion depth of the thermocouple;
7. Adjust the distribution of electric heating elements of the resistance furnace;
8. Increase the bottom heating power of the box-type electric furnace;
