Introduction to the composition of calibration device for high temperature box-type resistance furnace

1. Thermocouple

(1) Technical requirements: The grade is not lower than Ⅱ. In periodic verification, standard platinum rhodium 10-platinum thermocouple (up to 1300℃), standard platinum rhodium 30-platinum rhodium 6 thermocouple (up to 1600℃).

(2) Purpose: Calibrate high-temperature box-type resistance furnaces in different temperature ranges, and select the corresponding ones as standard devices.

2. Standard display instrument

(1) Technical requirements: accuracy of not less than 0.05 level low resistance flow point difference meter (such as UJ33a), or other equipment that meets the requirements (such as array voltmeter, temperature field automatic test system).

(2) Purpose: supporting equipment for standard equipment.

3. Compensation wire

(1) Technical requirements: According to the regulations of GB4989 and GB4990, the selected thermocouple should be selected.

(2) Purpose: Connect temperature control thermocouple and temperature control display instrument, connect standard thermocouple and standard display instrument and temperature sensor of array thermometer.

4. Transfer switch

(1) Technical requirements: The parasitic potential is not more than 1μV.

(2) Purpose: Auxiliary equipment for calibration equipment of high temperature box-type resistance furnace.

5. Digital thermometer

(1) Technical requirements: the resolution is 0.1℃, and there is a verification certificate.

(2) Purpose: Used to calibrate the temperature of the thermocouple standard at the reference end.
