Mica tube product introduction

Mica tube is a substance with high resistivity and low conductivity. Generally it is used to insulate current and heat insulation. Insulating materials can be used to isolate live conductors or conductors of different potentials, so that current flows in a certain direction. At the same time, it also plays the role of heat dissipation, cooling, support, fixation, arc extinguishing, improvement of potential gradient, moisture-proof, mildew-proof and conductor protection.

The mica tube is a thermosetting plastic tubular insulating layer product made of mica paper impregnated with silicone material adhesive after baking. Compared with traditional ceramic tubes, it has the characteristics of easy control of wall thickness and ellipticity, uniform discharge, and resistance to breakage. It is an ideal substitute for some ceramic tubes. It is made of high-quality muscovite paper (phlogopite mica paper) and a suitable amount of high-performance silicone (or mica paper glued on a single-sided reinforcing material) to process a rigid tubular high-temperature resistant insulating material. The surface is flat, without layers, bubbles and wrinkles, there are traces of processing and trimming but does not exceed the index of wall thickness tolerance, the inner wall has slight wrinkles and defects, and the two ends are cut neatly. It can be used as the insulation layer of waterproof casing and sleeve specifications of electric heating equipment whose actual application temperature is 800℃. It can be used to isolate live conductors or conductors of different potentials, so that the current flows in a certain direction. At the same time, it also plays the role of heat dissipation, cooling, support, fixation, arc extinguishing, improvement of potential gradient, moisture-proof, mildew-proof and conductor protection.
