1. When placing a high-temperature experimental electric furnace, please do not allow the electric furnace to vibrate violently

2. Lack of oven operation: when the experimental electric furnace is used for the first time or when it is used again after a long period of inactivity, the furnace must be oven-dried. If the furnace chamber of the experimental electric furnace is humid, it will easily cause the furnace chamber to crack.

When it is used for the first time or when it is not used for a long time, it must be treated with a drying chamber. Drying chamber-200 degrees for 1 hour, 500 degrees for 1 hour, and 800 degrees for 1 hour. To prevent the furnace from cracking, it is normal that the furnace mouth itself is assembled with cracks.

3. The electric furnace should be placed in a dry place to avoid moisture, to prevent leakage and cracking of the furnace during use.

4. It is forbidden to pour any liquid into the furnace, and it is not allowed to use clamps stained with water and oil to install and take samples.
