Precautions for the use of vacuum sintering furnace

1. Frequently check whether the electrical components of the electric control cabinet are damaged, and deal with any problems in time.

2. Frequently check whether the sound of the thyristor voltage regulator is normal. If an abnormal response is issued, immediately power off and check.

3. Regularly check whether the beginning of the stroke of the rough valve and the main valve is flexible and normal.

4. Regularly check whether the contactors of the fan Y-△ start are burnt, and the setting value of the time relay should be 40-50 seconds. Before starting the fan, check that the electric contact vacuum pressure gauge must be greater than -0.03MPa. At this time, the upper limit of the gas-filled electric contact pressure gauge should be set to -0.01MPa.

5. The lithium beryllium battery of the programmable controller must be replaced in advance after 5 years of use. The replacement time should not exceed 5 minutes.

6. Ensure that the pressure of the cooling water is 0.1~0.2MPa, and always check that the cooling water of each part is normal during work.

7. Ensure that the pneumatic air source pressure is 0.5~0.6 MPa during work, and ensure that the diffusion pump oil has no mist and there is always oil. The water in the water separator must be discharged at least once a week.

8. Vacuum or fill the furnace with protective gas when the furnace is shut down.

9. The purity of the inflation gas is higher than 99.99%.

10. The oil of the vacuum pump should be changed frequently to ensure normal operation.

11. The furnace should be cleaned regularly for long-term continuous work. Generally, after one month or 100 furnaces work, or when it has not been used for a long time, the furnace needs to be vacuumed and heated once in order to achieve the purpose of real purification.
