Introduction of heating elements for vacuum sintering furnace

The heat transfer method of the heating element of the vacuum sintering furnace to the workpiece is different from that of the ordinary electric heating furnace, which is mainly based on radiation heat transfer. The heating elements mainly include nickel chromium, high temperature molybdenum, graphite and graphite belt (plate), tungsten belt and tungsten mesh:

(1) Ni-Cr is mainly used in furnaces whose temperature is below 1000℃;

(2) High-temperature molybdenum can be applied to the furnace body below 1600℃;

(3) Graphite and graphite tape (plate) can be used in the furnace body below 2300℃;

(4) Tungsten belt and tungsten mesh can be used in the furnace body below 2400℃.

The selection of the heating element is mainly determined by the sintering temperature, the physical and chemical characteristics of the product.
