1. The furnace lining, coil, water-cooled cable, furnace cover mechanism, tilting cylinder, high-voltage electric cabinet, main switch cabinet, tilting control cabinet, intermediate frequency power supply cabinet, transformer, and reactor must be tested every shift when starting and leaving work. All inspections are carried out on the equipment, hydraulic station, blower dust removal system, water treatment system, cooling water system and furnace leakage alarm system.

2. During work, monitor the working conditions of the intermediate frequency furnace systems from time to time. It is particularly pointed out that the maintenance of the water treatment system is a big problem. Most users do not pay enough attention to this, and the service life is very short. High attention should be paid to the scrapping due to dirt, water leakage and other reasons that cannot be repaired.

3. There are always oil leaks in the hydraulic system of the tilting furnace and the furnace cover, which is easy to cause fire, and special attention should be paid to maintenance.
