First: The resistance and capacitance absorption circuit of the inverter tube, focus on checking whether the absorption capacitor is open. At this time, the capacitor must be checked with a digital multimeter capable of measuring capacitance. Merely measuring its on/off is not enough. If the inverter absorption circuit is short-circuited, the inverter tube is easily damaged.

Second: Check whether the electrical parameters of the pipeline meet the requirements, and exclude parts that flow into unqualified manufacturers.

Third: Although this situation is rare, whether the water jacket of the inverter tube and other cooling water channels are blocked, this situation does occur and it is easy to be ignored.

Fourth: Pay attention to whether the load ignites on the ground. This situation will form a sudden high voltage, which will cause the inverter tube to breakdown.

Fifth: If the working angle is too large or too small, it will cause frequent over-current of the inverter tube, damage the pipeline, and easily cause permanent damage.

Sixth: Without affecting the startup, appropriately increase the wiring inductance of the intermediate frequency circuit of the furnace intermediate frequency power supply, which can reduce the damage caused by the excessively large diameter of the inverter tube.
