Consider the following aspects when choosing an induction melting furnace

1. Precision casting and smaller workpieces generally choose induction melting furnaces below 0.5T, kgps series intermediate frequency power supply equipment, and power supply transformers not greater than 315KVA. If you use ordinary KGPS parallel intermediate frequency power supply, a power distribution system greater than 400KVA is required.

2. When metal casting or continuous uninterrupted melting mode, it is recommended to use our company’s dual-output induction melting furnace. One melting furnace melts the other melting furnace for heat preservation.

3. The daily output of 0.5T induction melting furnace (8 hours) is about 3.5T, the daily output of 0.75T induction melting furnace is about 5T, and the daily output of 1T induction melting furnace is (8 hours) above 6T.
