Technical Operating Regulations of CNC Quenching Machine Tool

1. Purpose

Standardize the technical operation behavior of the operators of the quenching machine tool, improve the technical operation level; strengthen the production and equipment management, prevent safety and equipment accidents, and improve the efficiency of equipment operation.

2. Scope of application

Suitable for DLX-1050 CNC quenching machine operation.

3. Working procedures

3.1 Before starting

3.1.1 Check whether each part of the quenching machine tool is normal, and then start the machine after confirming that it is normal.

3.1.2 Turn on the high-frequency heating electric control system and confirm that all instrument parameters are in the normal range.

3.1.3 Turn on the power switch of the machine tool, write the operating program correctly according to the requirements of the manual, and run the system back and forth with no load. After confirming that each system is running normally, the machine tool is in the standby state.

3.2 Quenching operation

3.2.1 Turn on the work switch of the machine tool and place the transfer switch in the manual position.

3.2.2 Move the workpiece to the machine tool with a crane (large workpiece) or manually (small workpiece) and clamp the workpiece. The crane must be far away from the machine when working.

3.2.3 Switch the machine tool to automatic mode, turn on the working button of the machine tool, and execute the automatic quenching program.

3.2.4 After the automatic quenching program is finished and the workpiece is completely cooled, reset the transfer switch

To the manual position, turn off the power supply of the heating system, and then remove the quenched workpiece manually or with a crane.

3.2.5 Turn off the power of the machine tool and clean the machine tool.

4. Machine tool maintenance

4. 1 Check and clean the cooling water pipeline, water tank and other parts every week, and pay attention to observe whether there is water leakage.

4. 2 When the quenching work is completed and no longer working, drain the water tank of the machine tool and dry the fixtures and other parts.

4.3 Lubricate all rotating parts every shift, and check the insulation of electrical circuits every day.
