Technical requirements for refractory brick masonry

(1) According to the kiln construction reference line and the kiln center line, carry out the steel structure laying-out construction. Lay the primary and secondary beams and flat steel according to the design requirements of the steel structure and the allowable deviation of the construction. At the same time, the construction of the access steel structure is also carried out.

(2)In order to ensure the quality and progress of the masonry construction, the pool wall bricks, pool bottom paving bricks and all load-bearing arch bricks with strict requirements on size and brick joints should be pre-built. However, if the dimensional accuracy of the above-mentioned bricks is very high and fully meets the design requirements, pre-masonry may not be carried out. All bricks to be pre-laid must be numbered in sequence, and the number shall be entered when the formal masonry is completed.
