The structure characteristics of the small vacuum experimental furnace

1. Insulation part: using polycrystalline mullite ceramic fiber with a density of 500kg/m3.

2. Furnace shell structure: It adopts a square structure, the furnace door is opened on the side, and the hand wheel is locked. The furnace door and shell are made of silicon. The rubber ring is sealed, and the upper part of the furnace body has a vacuum port and a vent port. There is an inflation port in the lower rear part.

3. Vacuum pipeline: The vacuum pipeline is composed of electromagnetic pressure difference valve, manual butterfly valve, stainless steel bellows and condensation filter.

4. Condensation filter: used to cool high-temperature gas, condense and remove the high-temperature volatiles generated when the material is high-temperature, and protect the vacuum.

5. Valves: one intake valve and one exhaust valve.
