What is the no-load test run of the steel tube induction heating furnace?

The purpose of the no-load test run is to prove the stability, adaptability and reliability test run of the contract equipment in manual and automatic mode operation under the condition of no product processing.

After the installation and commissioning of the steel pipe induction heating furnace is completed, the on-site no-load test run shall be carried out immediately under the supervision of the purchase to confirm the good condition of the contract equipment.

This test should include the following items:

All the movable parts of the steel pipe induction heating furnace should be tested for the rationality of the action and the correctness of the work sequence under manual conditions;

The electrical, cooling and transmission systems should be confirmed to be in good condition;

The steel pipe induction heating furnace should be operated continuously for 60 minutes under normal conditions;

During the continuous operation test, the stability and reliability of the steel pipe induction heating furnace should be observed and inspected to meet the normal operating conditions of the equipment; during the test, the cooling must be stable, reliable, stable, safe and leak-free;

The end of the no-load test run shall be confirmed and recorded by both parties.

If any failure or malfunction of the contract equipment occurs during the test, the seller must be responsible for solving these problems as soon as possible.
