What is the difference between epoxy resin board and physical and chemical board?

The physical and chemical board is laminated by surface paper, colored paper, kraft paper or plant fiber and non-corrosive phenolic resin; it has only a thin layer of transparent film (0.1mm) on the surface that is corrosion resistant, and it cannot be repaired after the surface is scratched. The corrosion resistance drops sharply, and the surface of the physical and chemical board cannot be directly contacted with the flame. It is not resistant to the common high temperatures in the laboratory (such as the heat emitted by the burning electric furnace). It is easy to foam when heated, which affects the normal laboratory operation.

The epoxy resin board is made of one-time reverse molding, and it is a one-piece core material. The entire board is corrosion-resistant, and the surface can be repaired after scratches. It will never affect the use; it is resistant to common high temperatures in the laboratory, and the surface is in direct contact with the flame. Does not bubble or break.
