Precautions to prevent the contamination of the furnace chamber of the vacuum furnace

(1) Load and unload the workpiece as soon as possible after opening the furnace door, close the furnace door as soon as possible, and extract the vacuum to less than 10Pa;

(2) When the equipment is not in production for a long time, the pressure in the furnace should be kept below 10 Pa to prevent pollutants in the environment from entering the furnace, heating zone and heat shield to inhale, and if necessary, the furnace should be baked;

(3) Check the inside of the furnace every time the furnace door is opened, and clean the contaminants in the furnace with a vacuum cleaner in time. If necessary, use alcohol and a rag to clean the contaminants on the heating belt and heat shield.
