To obtain a higher furnace age for an intermediate frequency induction electric furnace, the following points must be done:

1) Refractory materials with better performance, purer composition, and reasonable particle size ratio should be selected.

2) Before laying the furnace, check whether the coil is damaged. When laying the furnace, cover the insulation board, stainless alarm net, and heat insulation board.

3) Choose the furnace building tools, and do all the preparations before building the furnace, control the feeding amount and tamping time of each layer, avoid foreign matter falling into the furnace when building the furnace, and obtain a strong and clean crucible as much as possible.

4) The heating speed of the oven should be paid attention to to ensure that the lining sand water vapor is slowly and completely discharged; when the quartz phase changes, the heating speed should be reduced or the temperature should be kept so that the phase change can be slowly until the phase change is complete.

5) Do a good job in all furnace processes and try to avoid their defects.
