In order to ensure the safe use of metal melting furnace equipment, the cooling water system should implement centralized water supply and return water. The cooling water circuit of the metal melting furnace should be equipped with a water pressure alarm device and a water stop warning device to prevent equipment accidents caused by insufficient water pressure or water interruption.
The inlet temperature, outlet temperature, water pressure and flow rate of the cooling water of the metal melting furnace must meet the design regulations. The cooling water system of the metal melting furnace is equipped with various sensors to monitor the relevant parameters of the cooling water.
