How to improve the yield of refractory bricks in the production process?

1. Raw material processing. Crush the raw materials first, and select equipment according to the moisture content, hardness, product, particle requirements and dust removal of the coal gangue. In addition to the normal mixing process in raw material processing, a rolling process will be added in the deep processing of refractory bricks to increase the strength of the product. Establish a sufficient aging library to ensure that the aging time of the raw materials improves the plasticity index.

2. Extrusion molding. Choose a vacuum extruder and adopt hard plastic molding, its molding pressure is greater than 2.0MPA, and the vacuum degree is greater than -0.09MPA. Considering product upgrades, there is a certain amount of power and room for product expansion when purchasing equipment.

3. Dry and burn. It adopts domestic advanced rapid drying and one-time burning in tunnel kiln, realizes mechanization in refractory brick operation process, and realizes automation in temperature control, achieving high production efficiency, fewer labor force, and easy management.
