What are the preparations for the box-type resistance furnace before use?

(1) First, check whether the wiring meets the standard, whether the wiring screws on the controller are loose, whether there is power failure or leakage;

(2) Wear insulating gloves, and make sure that the countertop and floor are dry, and the switch positions of all box-type resistance furnaces are closed;

(3) The automatic temperature controller should be placed in a stable place and not too close to the electric furnace;

(4) Ensure that the relative ambient temperature between the electric furnace and the controller does not exceed 85%, and there is no conductive dust, explosive gas, or corrosive gas that can damage metal insulation and harmful to electronic components;

(5) The operator should be familiar with the process, the principle, structure and performance of the electric furnace and power distribution system, as well as the use and maintenance methods of each instrument;

(6) Check and clean the furnace chamber before each use, including the oxide scale under the furnace floor, furnace lining, and electric heating elements;

(7) Check whether all fixtures are intact, free from cracks, damage, or deformation, and whether they can meet safety production requirements;

(8) When it is not used or used for a long time, the oven should be operated first.
