What is a periodic induction heating furnace?

The picture shows a schematic diagram of a horizontal, full-length, and periodic induction heating furnace. This type of furnace is to load the entire blank into the inductor, and the mass of the blank is pressed on the water-cooled guide rail and the induction coil. For the convenience of loading and unloading, a pushing device is installed at the feeding end of the inductor, and a discharging mechanism is installed at the discharging end of the inductor, so that the blank can be discharged quickly when discharging. The length of the heating time depends on the heating temperature to be reached by the blank and the temperature uniformity between the heart watch. When the blank reaches the required temperature for heating, the power supply to the inductor is stopped, a cold blank is pushed in at the feed end, and the heated blank is pushed out at the same time. When needed, power is supplied to the sensor for heating. This kind of induction heating furnace is suitable for heating blanks with smaller diameters, larger lengths and not very large masses.
