How does induction heating equipment work?

1. The current of the three-phase power line should be selected according to the technical parameters (the following table) according to the electrical specifications, and the neutral line should be selected from ≥6mm2 copper wire to ensure reliable connection, and regularly check whether there is falling off or loose phenomenon.

2. The water must be connected first (2-3 minutes) and then the electricity should be turned on to ensure that the water source is clean and the water temperature does not exceed 45 °C. If the water temperature is too high, it should be suspended.

3. When the induction heating equipment is in normal operation, it is strictly forbidden to open the power cabinet door and the insulation shield of the furnace body, and it is strictly forbidden to touch the terminals inside and outside the induction heating equipment.

4. Before starting the machine, the power adjustment knob should be adjusted counterclockwise to the lowest position. After the heating is started, the knob should be slowly adjusted clockwise to the appropriate position. The current should be adjusted according to different workpieces and process requirements.

5. When replacing the sensor, the medium frequency induction heating power must be cut off to keep the induction heating equipment in a power-off state. The operation can be performed only when the indicated value of the DC voltmeter on the panel is 0.

6. If the induction heating equipment needs to be maintained or repaired, it must first stop working and disconnect the power supply, and wait for the pointer of the DC voltmeter to drop to the lowest point before proceeding!
