Necessary method for debugging induction melting furnace

1. Turn on the power supply, slowly increase the power potentiometer to make the intermediate frequency voltage reach 750v, and adjust the overvoltage protection potentiometer W8 clockwise to make the overvoltage protection act, and the overvoltage indicator light is on.

2. The power potentiometer returns to zero, and the quenching equipment resets the protection system automatically. Adjust the piezoelectric potentiometer W8 two to three turns counterclockwise, and release the piezoelectric potentiometer.

3. Restart the power supply to increase the voltage of the induction melting furnace to 800v~820v. Slowly adjust the piezoelectric potentiometer W8 clockwise to activate the overvoltage protection of the intermediate frequency power supply and the overvoltage indicator light is on. Start again to verify the accuracy of the overvoltage protection value.

4. Restore the voltage limit setting value and adjust the inverter angle ceramic potentiometer so that the ratio of the intermediate frequency voltage to the DC voltage is about 1.4. To

Note: The debugging of overvoltage limiting should be carried out under no-load conditions. These two debuggings are strictly prohibited under heavy load conditions! Otherwise, the consequences are very serious.
