What are the functions of the power collector of the high frequency quenching machine
What are the functions of the power collector of the high frequency quenching machine
1. Used in high frequency quenching power supply to heat workpieces with small area
Since the heating area of the workpiece is too small, when the inductor is difficult to design with multiple turns, the use of a current collector can enable the inductor to obtain greater power and transmit it to the workpiece.
2. It can improve the power density of a certain part of the heating surface
Since the inductor is partially surrounded by the current collector, the length of the effective loop is increased, therefore, the power distributed to the local area is increased, the local current collection is achieved, and the power density is improved.
3. The current collector is used to facilitate the sensor to enter the heating part
The current collector can be taken out or put in the inductor, which solves the problem of entering the inductor for parts that are difficult to enter the effective circle, such as crankshaft, camshaft, etc.
4. The width of the hardened zone can be adjusted
The current collector of the high-frequency quenching machine and the effective ring of the inductor are positioned by mica sheet insulation, and the relative position between the two allows a small amount of adjustment. When the hardened area needs to be adjusted, it can be adjusted by the movement of the current collector position.
