What are the requirements for the cooling water circuit of the metal melting furnace?

1. The water pressure of the metal melting furnace is unstable. When using induction heating equipment, the user must design the water circuit according to the requirements. The induction heating equipment is specified as 0.2~0.3MPa, but the water pressure loaded by some users is either too high or too low. When the water pressure is too high, it is easy to cause tube bursting or dripping, which poses the greatest threat to the circuit of the equipment; when the water pressure is too low, the heat dissipation effect is poor, and it is easy to cause damage to the IGBT or other components.

2. When the metal melting furnace has no emergency water supply system, when the equipment encounters a sudden water stop during normal operation, although the main engine has working protection, the heating furnace body is difficult to cool in a short time due to the high temperature of the furnace chamber and high temperature workpieces, which will easily cause the furnace body damage.

3. Dust and greasy Due to the harsh environment of the equipment, dust, oil fume, and water vapor fill the workplace. An exhaust fan is installed in the main body of the metal melting furnace. When it works, negative pressure will be formed inside the power supply, and the outside dust, oil fume, and water vapor will penetrate through the gap. These substances adhere to the electrical components of the metal melting furnace, the printed circuit board, and the surface of the mounting wires. On the one hand, the heat dissipation of the components or parts is poor, and on the other hand, the insulation of the metal melting furnace components will be damaged, and it will ignite when encountering high voltage. Or draw an arc, severe cases may even cause burning.
