How is the yoke of an induction melting furnace made?

The yoke adopts two types of waterless yoke and water yoke. The high-power parts on both sides of the incoming cable use 2 water yokes, other parts use waterless yokes, and the yoke uses silicon steel sheets. There are oriented silicon steel sheets. The yoke fastening device should be firm and reliable, easy to assemble, disassemble, adjust and maintain, and should be evenly distributed along the circumference; the gasket between the yoke and the induction coil should be made of multi-layer high-quality insulating materials, including multi-layer mica board, multi-layer Ceramic fiberboard. The cooling of the magnetic yoke adopts natural air cooling and water cooling. Special tools for fastening the magnetic yoke shall be provided for easy maintenance.
