Instructions for switching on and off of high frequency quenching equipment
Instructions for switching on and off of high frequency quenching equipment
1. Check before starting:
Before starting the high-frequency quenching equipment, check the waterway and circuit. Confirm that all water pipes are running smoothly and check the circuit for any abnormality such as loose screws.
Second, start:
Turn on the power supply cabinet of the high-frequency quenching equipment. Press the control power on, the control power indicator light is on, close the main circuit switch, and then press the inverter to start, the DC voltmeter should show a negative voltage. Then slowly turn the power given potentiometer up, and observe the power meter at the same time, the DC voltmeter indicates that it increases.
1. When the DC voltage of the high-frequency quenching equipment crosses zero, the three meters of voltage, DC voltage and active power increase at the same time, and a sound is heard to indicate that the start is successful. The active power supply positioner can be turned up to the required power.
2. When the DC voltage of the high-frequency quenching equipment crosses zero, the three meters of voltage, DC current and active power are not rising and no normal sound can be heard, which means that the start is unsuccessful, and the potentiometer should be turned to the minimum and then restarted.
3. Reset of high-frequency quenching equipment:
If there is overcurrent or overvoltage during the operation of the high-frequency quenching equipment, the fault indicator on the door panel will be on. The potentiometer should be turned to the minimum, press “stop”, the fault indicator light will be on, press “start” again, and then restart.
4. Shutdown:
Turn the potentiometer of the high-frequency quenching equipment to the minimum, press “inverter stop”, then separate the main circuit switch, and then press “control power off”. If the equipment is no longer in use, the power supply of the power cabinet of the high-frequency quenching equipment should be cut off.
- During the operation of the high-frequency quenching equipment, it should always be checked whether the effluent is smooth. If it is found that the effluent is too small or the water is cut off, it should be shut down immediately, and restarted after troubleshooting.
