The high temperature resistant insulating tube is made of alkali-free glass fiber yarn woven into a tube, coated with organic high temperature resistant silicone resin, and processed at high temperature. It has the properties of flame retardant, heat insulation, heat preservation, anti-electricity and softness. It is mainly used for cable insulation protection in high temperature places such as steel plants, smelters, glass plants, fire fighting equipment, and large transformer places.

The use of high temperature resistant casing provides reliable protection at 550°C and prevents heat waves. It can withstand the impact of high temperature molten steel of ≤1100°C in a short time.

The biggest advantage of using the snap-on high temperature insulating tube is that there is no need to stop the equipment or remove the hoses and cables when installing the thermal protection sleeve. Another advantage is that it can be installed on-site at the factory to ensure proper fit and structural integrity. The buckle-type fireproof sheath is made of high-temperature glass fiber, and the inside is stitched with a fire-resistant and flame-retardant hook and loop.
