Classification of quenching equipment

The classification of quenching equipment is mainly high frequency quenching furnace, intermediate frequency quenching furnace, CNC quenching machine tool, integrated quenching machine tool and so on.

The main structure is divided into three parts, quenching machine tool, medium and high frequency power supply and cooling device, bed body and loading and unloading mechanism, clamping, rotating mechanism, quenching transformer, resonant tank circuit, electrical control system and other components. Quenching machine tools are single-station, discrete and horizontal. Generally, quenching machine tools are selected according to quenching requirements. For special parts and complex processes, special quenching machine tools can be customized.
