1. Check the power supply line

First check the power supply line to see if there is a spark in the line connector.

2. Check the line connector of the machine itself

1. Open the hood of the high-frequency quenching equipment to check whether the end of the overvoltage line is loose.

2. Check the AC contactor, rectifier bridge pressure line end, large electric contact capacitor board line end, transformer, iron shell capacitor, etc. in turn, and check whether the contact line connector is loose or sparks.

3. After checking the terminals in the above places, the inconsistency of the heating of the high-frequency quenching equipment can be ruled out.
