How to determine the heating time of the induction heating furnace?

The determination of the heating time of the induction heating furnace is very important. The actual heating time of the billet in the inductor is less than the determined heating time. The temperature difference between the core surface of the billet coming out of the inductor will be greater than 100 ℃, and it will not reach the temperature required for forging. If it is longer than the determined time, it will cause the increase of energy consumption, the prolongation of the working cycle, the reduction of production efficiency, the increase of heat conduction from the heating section to the non-heating section, and even the serious consequences of over-burning of the heating section and scrapping of the billet. The billet diameter is calculated according to the largest diameter.
