1) Continuous working time of equipment
The continuous working time is long, and the induction heating equipment with slightly larger power is relatively selected.
2) The connection distance between the sensing part and the device
The connection is long, and even requires the use of water-cooled cables to connect, so a relatively high-power induction heating device should be used.
3) Depth and area to be heated
If the heating depth is deep, the area is large, and the overall heating is performed, induction heating equipment with high power and low frequency should be used; the heating depth is shallow, the area is small, and local heating is performed, and the induction heating equipment with relatively low power and high frequency should be selected.
4) Process requirements
Generally speaking, for quenching, welding and other processes, the relative power can be selected to be lower, and the frequency is higher; the annealing, tempering and other processes, the relative power is higher, and the frequency is lower; red punching, hot forging, smelting, etc., need For a process with good diathermy effect, the power should be larger and the frequency should be lower.
5) The material of the workpiece
Among the metal materials, the higher the melting point, the higher the power, the lower the melting point, the lower the power; the lower the resistivity, the higher the power, and the higher the resistivity, the lower the power.
6) Required heating rate
The required heating speed is fast, and induction heating equipment with relatively large power and relatively high frequency should be selected.
7) The shape and size of the heated workpiece
For large workpieces, bars and solid materials, induction heating equipment with high relative power and low frequency should be used; for small workpieces, pipes, plates, gears, etc., induction heating equipment with relatively low power and high frequency should be used.
