In terms of feeding method, induction heating furnace has the following three heating methods

1. Induction heating furnace inductor periodic induction heating. That is, only one blank is put into the induction heating furnace for heating. After reaching the required heating temperature, the power supply is stopped, the heated blank is released from the furnace, and then a cold blank is placed.

2. Sequential induction heating by induction heating furnace. It is to place multiple blanks at the same time in the induction heating furnace inductor. During the induction heating process, these blanks are pushed from one end of the inductor to the other end at a certain time rhythm, that is, each time a cold blank is added from the feed end, the discharge end. Then a hot blank that reaches the heating temperature is produced. When the cold blank is fed, the sensor is not powered off.

3. Continuous induction heating of induction heating furnace. That is, the long blank continuously passes through the sensor, and is gradually heated to the required temperature in the process of constant speed advancement, and the material is continuously discharged from the discharge end, and the sensor is continuously powered.

In terms of the form of induction heating furnace inductors, it is mainly divided into two types: horizontal and vertical. The loading and unloading and blank feeding mechanism adopts electric, pneumatic or hydraulic transmission.
