The operating process of the metal melting furnace.
The operating process of the metal melting furnace.
A. Preparation for operation
1. Check whether the voltage of each incoming line is normal.
2. Check whether each water pressure and each waterway are normal.
3. Check whether the corresponding indicator lights of the main control board and the inverter pulse are normal.
All the above items can start the heating power supply under normal conditions.
B. No matter what kind of control circuit is used for power supply operation, when starting, you must first turn on the control power, then turn on the main power, and finally start the metal melting furnace; when it is stopped, it is just the opposite, first stop the metal melting furnace, then cut off the main power, and finally cut off Turn on the control power.
1. Start the operation.
Close the small air switch DZ to prepare for starting the intermediate frequency.
Close the control power switch SA, the power indicator HL1 is on, and the control power supply is energized.
Press the main circuit close button SB1, the main circuit is energized, and the sound of the circuit breaker closing can be heard.
Press the IF start/reset button SB3, and the running indicator HL2 will be on.
Slowly adjust the power adjustment potentiometer PR and pay attention to the frequency meter. If there is an indication and you can hear the mid-frequency call, it means that the startup is successful. After the startup is successful, turn the potentiometer PR to the end once, and at the same time, the “start” light on the main control board Off, the “Pressure Ring” light is on. If the startup is unsuccessful, it needs to be restarted.
2. Stop the operation.
Turn the power adjustment potentiometer PR counterclockwise to the end, and all the indicating instruments are zero.
Press the IF start/reset button SB3, the running indicator HL2 will go out, and the IF will stop.
Press the main circuit button SB2, the main circuit is powered off.
Turn off the control power switch SA, the power indicator HL1 will go out, and the control power supply will be cut off.
Shut off the small air to open DZ before leaving get off work.
3. Other instructions
When a malfunction occurs, the control panel can keep the memory, and the power supply can be restarted only after the malfunction is eliminated and the intermediate frequency start/reset button SB3 is pressed.
In the event of a fault or emergency, you should first press the IF start/reset button SB3, and then press the stop power supply program to stop the power supply, and restart the power supply after troubleshooting.
The stopping time of the water pump should be determined according to the water temperature in the induction coil of the melting furnace. Generally, the water pump should be stopped about 30 minutes after the power supply is stopped.
