Steel pipe electric heating furnace ‍Mechanical part

The mechanical part of the steel pipe electric heating furnace is composed of: furnace frame, feeding mechanism, feeding mechanism, discharging mechanism, etc. Its action setting and heating rhythm are controlled by PLC.

1. The feeding mechanism is completed by the storage table, the V-shaped groove in front of the furnace and the conveying device. The discharge port is equipped with a roller discharge mechanism, so that the material will not collide with the furnace body outlet.

2. The furnace frame is a section steel welding component, which contains water circuit, electric circuit, gas circuit components, capacitor tank copper busbar, etc. Above is the sensor.

3. The axis of the roller table and the axis of the workpiece form an included angle of 18-21. While the workpiece is self-propagating, it advances at a uniform speed to make the heating more uniform.

4. The roller table between the furnace bodies adopts 304 non-magnetic stainless steel and is water-cooled.

5. Feeding system: each axis is driven by an independent motor reducer and controlled by an independent frequency converter; the speed difference output is flexibly designed, and the running speed is controlled in sections.
