Methods of troubleshooting high frequency quenching equipment

1. Water temperature failure

1. The failure caused by the water temperature relay, this only needs to be replaced.

2. Water temperature alarm

(1) Caused by water blockage: clear the blockage of that road of water;

(2) Caused by water heat: precipitation temperature.

2. Water pressure alarm

1. Check the pump pressure to see if there is any blockage.

2. Adjust the water pressure to see if there is any abnormality, and check whether the water pressure gauge is damaged.

3. Exclusion of overcurrent

1. If the high-frequency quenching equipment is abnormal in the following: driver board, control circuit, main board, just replace it.

2. Check if the furnace coil is short-circuited and ignited, press the overcurrent reset button.

4, can not start up

Exclusion method, there may be changes in the load, please adjust the frequency switch to a suitable starting position.

5. Burn 380V small board

Exclusion method, it may be caused by the sensor or furnace body ignition, please handle them well.
