1. Check the power supply line to see if there is a spark in the line connector, please rule out such a situation first.

2. After the external wiring problem is eliminated, check the wire connector of the machine itself, open the hood of the high-frequency induction heating equipment to check whether the wire end of the overvoltage line is loose, and check the AC contactor, the pressure line end of the rectifier bridge, and the large electric shock capacitor in turn. Board wire ends, transformers, iron-shell capacitors, etc., whether the contacted wire connectors are loose or sparked. After checking the above terminals, the inconsistency of heating can be ruled out.
