When using the high-frequency quenching machine tool to process the workpiece, if the workpiece is placed in the inductor, whenever an alternating current passes through the inductor of the high-frequency quenching machine tool, the surrounding of the inductor will be generated. With the same alternating magnetic field as the current frequency, the surface of the workpiece will form an induced current, which is what we usually call eddy current. It is the generation of this eddy current, which can convert electrical energy into thermal energy under the influence of the resistance effect of the workpiece, so that the surface temperature of the workpiece meets the requirements of the quenching heating temperature, so that the entire surface quenching can be completed.
