How to solve the over-burning phenomenon of heating metal in induction heating furnace?

Metal materials have different heating processes due to different material varieties and uses. For example, forging heating alloy steel is 1200 degrees, alloy aluminum is 400 degrees, and alloy copper is 1050 degrees. The heating temperature should conform to the heating process. The heating temperature of the induction heating furnace is too high and the holding time is too long. The oxygen and other oxidizing gases in the induction heating furnace penetrate into the gaps between the metal grains, and oxidize with iron, sulfur, carbon, etc. to form fusible oxides. The eutectic destroys the connection between the grains and reduces the plasticity of the material. In severe cases, it will crack with a single blow, and the workpiece cannot be saved after overburning. Therefore, induction heating furnace heating should avoid over-burning.
